  • 会员1981：【位置】从轻轨步行到酒店，如果不拖行李箱，大概需要15分钟的时间。公寓附近有公交车站，便利店，还有餐厅，算是很方便的。预定的是海景房间，房间内可以看到相邻的海湾，景观很好。 【设施】酒店的设施，和同行的朋友，都觉得颇为糟心。 （1）卫生间热水 花洒支架。公寓未提前以书面或口头的方式通知，卫生间热水仅能保证15分钟左右的使用；花洒没有支架。 晚上九点多入住酒店后准备洗澡，发现淋浴花洒没有支架，也就是需要以单手持花洒，或者将花洒简单放在淋浴开关处的方式洗澡，因为当时时间较晚，就考虑第二天再通知公寓来修理，却未料到连头发还没有洗完热水就没有了（毕竟是女生，且因花洒问题导致时间拖沓），联系公寓才知道热水只能保证15分钟左右，而支架问题，公寓也说第二天才可以来修理。 （2）空调。入住当天稍冷，空调却最高只给调到22度。 （3）公寓需要自带转换插头！ 【服务】 （1）入住时被询问是否需要清理房间，回复除了床，其他请帮助清理，例如补给。在游玩一天回到酒店后，发现除了明眼一看并未使用过的浴巾，以塑料袋子装的方式放在料理台，其他例如纸巾、水、垃圾，均未被补给或清理。 （2）发生上述问题后，来到公寓服务台，却再一次发现服务人员不知何踪（入住当晚也是打电话呼叫回的服务人员）。 【卫生】不知道之前住户留下来的面膜纸算不算卫生问题。 不算房间设施、服务和卫生问题，酒店的地理位置和其他，还是不错的。
